Group Classes

Our most popular option of training is our group classes. We provide small, fun classes that specialize in cross training. Cross training is a very effective method of combing multiple disciplines in order to get the best results. Although we do a lot of the same movements, you will rarely see the same workout done twice. The constantly varied movements ensure that your body will never get used to doing the same thing, also it will ensure that you will never get bored with your workouts. This style of training allows us to modify a workout to any skill or age level. We have clients from 15 to 70 years old, so anyone is welcome to come participate!

Kids Classes

We offer kids classes for anyone between the ages of 8 to 13. In our kids classes we teach basic functional movements so they have a solid understanding of what it takes to stay fit and healthy. We try to make the kids classes as fun as possible so we often play active games and do team workouts.

Personal Training

We do offer personal training but rates and hours depend of our trainers. Please contact an individual trainer if you are interested.
